Currency & Pricing
Prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD), and are subject to change without notice.
Accepted Credit Cards
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and any other credit card supported by PayPal. Please note that you do not need a PayPal account to checkout, as PayPal accepts credit card payments without having to login to their website.
We truly want you to be delighted with our music and merch. With that in mind, each and every one of our items are carefully inspected before they are sent to customers.
In the event that you receive a physical item from us and something does not seem right, please contact us.
Please note that all sales are final (no exchanges or refunds). Replacement items will only be sent following the terms described below.
Items Damaged or Lost in the Mail, Misprinted Merch, or Wrong Items Sent
Damaged, Incorrect, or Misprinted Items
In the event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, or if a merch item is misprinted, please take photos of the item and its packaging. Then, contact us using the form on our Site. Contacting us about a damaged, incorrect or misprinted item must be done within 1 week of receiving your order, so that we have sufficient time to correspond with you and/or our merchandise fulfillment partner regarding the issue. After we review your email and photos, we will determine if it is necessary to ship a replacement item to you. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Items Lost In The Mail
For CDs & Cassettes:
Please contact us if you think your order may have been lost in the mail. In this instance, we will consult with Canada Post to get the problem resolved. Please note that an item will only be determined to be lost if it has not arrived within the service timeframe currently listed on Canada Post’s website.
For Merch (Clothing, Stickers, etc.):
When you buy Merch from us, our Site’s shopping cart will display an estimated delivery date for your order. If you think your Merch order may have been lost in transit, you will need to contact us within 2 weeks after your estimated delivery date, so that we have sufficient time to correspond with our merchandise fulfillment partner to get the problem resolved.
Items ship differently depending on what you have purchased.
CDs & Cassettes
All CDs & cassettes ship from Ontario, Canada. We ship via Canada Post as follows:
- Within Canada: Expedited with tracking
- To the USA: Air mail with tracking
- International: Standard air mail
For shipments outside Canada, the customer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes and related charges (if applicable).
All CDs and cassettes ship in bubble-padded envelopes.
Merch (Clothing, Stickers, etc.)
All merch items ship from our merchandise fulfillment partner, which has locations across the globe. Depending on what you order, your items will ship from their location which is closest to your shipping address and which also has the items in stock. Please note that your order may be shipped from a country that is different from where your shipping address is located. Any duties, taxes and related charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
The timing of shipments is different depending on what you have purchased.
CDs & Cassettes
Your parcel should arrive at your door as follows:
- In Canada, within 2 to 8 business days.†
- In the continental USA, within 4 to 11 business days.†
- For international destinations, within 7 to 14 business days.†
† Shipping times are reasonable estimates based on our experience, but may vary with each order (as per the postal service and COVID-19 issues).
Merch (Clothing, Stickers, etc.)
All Merch items currently have about a 2 to 7 day processing period before they will ship. For a better estimate of when you can expect to receive a Merch order, please use our shopping cart’s “Calculate shipping” feature. To do this:
- add the items you want to your cart
- then, go to the cart and click “Calculate shipping”
- enter your country, province, and postal code
- then, click the “Update” button
- you will then see your estimated delivery date along with an exact shipping rate
Your Shipping Address
Please ensure that when you place an order the shipping address that you provide is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders which you do not receive due to incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted during order placement.
Undeliverable orders which have been returned to us by the post office or courier will be resent to the amended shipping address that you provide. The cost of delivering such resent packages is the responsibility of the customer.
By purchasing items from our Site, you agree to receive emails from us and/or our merchandise fulfillment partner regarding your order. You also agree to receive shipping notification emails from whichever postal or courier service is delivering your order, so that they may advise you of your package’s delivery status and tracking number (if applicable).
All of our correspondence with customers is done via email. So, kindly ensure that the email address you provide is correct, and is able to receive messages. We are not responsible for order confirmation emails or other correspondence which you do not receive due to incorrect or non-functioning email addresses submitted during order placement.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of each of our items. But because every device screen displays colours differently, we cannot guarantee that your device’s representation of any colour will be completely accurate.
We reserve the right to limit available item quantities or discontinue any item at any time without notice.
In the event that you have an order pending, and we need to cancel that order, we will notify you as soon as possible by contacting the e-mail address you provided at the time the order was made.
Errors, Inaccuracies, & Omissions
Occasionally there may be information on our Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to item descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, item shipping charges, transit times, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Site is inaccurate at any time, and without prior notice (including after you have submitted an order).
In the event that you have an order pending, and we need to update item information related to that order, or in the event that we need to cancel that order, we will notify you as soon as possible by contacting the e-mail address you provided at the time the order was made.
Right to Limit Sales
We reserve the right to limit the sales of our items to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
In the event that you have an order pending, and we need to make a change to or cancel that order, we will notify you as soon as possible by contacting the e-mail address you provided at the time the order was made.
Our Site deathandhorrorinc.com uses Secure Sockets Layer technology (SSL) which encrypts information you submit. SSL protects order information such as your name, shipping address and phone number during transport across the Internet.
When you purchase an item from our Site, you will be redirected to PayPal for secure payment processing during checkout. You do not need a PayPal account to checkout, as PayPal accepts credit card payments without having to login to their website.
Please note: When you submit your order, we only receive your name, postal address, email address, and phone number. PayPal DOES NOT supply us with your credit card number, or any other financial information about you. If you have a PayPal account, PayPal DOES NOT share your password or login information with us.
Your order data is stored on our Site’s secure server behind a firewall, and that data DOES NOT contain your credit card number, or any other financial information about you (as described above).
