All of the releases on our site are sold to you by Bandcamp. To buy an album, simply click the “Buy on Bandcamp” button. That will open our Bandcamp store in a new, secure window. After you checkout, your tracks can be immediately downloaded in the format of your choice.

You can use a credit card when you complete your purchase in the secure Bandcamp shopping cart.

We accept PayPal, too

Audio file formats

Our high quality audio files are available in a number of formats including MP3, FLAC, ALAC (Apple Lossless), AAC, Ogg Vorbis, WAV and AIFF. No matter which one you choose, the price is the same.

The default download format is MP3, which is fully compatible with iTunes, Windows Media Player, your iPhone/Android phone, etc. If MP3 is your preference, you can choose between two versions: 320 kbps (the highest resolution), or VBR (Variable Bit Rate, for faster downloading).

Return Policy

We truly want you to be delighted with our music and merch. With that in mind, each and every one of our items are carefully inspected before they are sent to customers.

However, please note that all sales are final (no exchanges or refunds). Replacement items will only be sent following the terms described below.


All of our items ship from Ontario, Canada. We ship via Canada Post as follows:

Within Canada: Expedited with tracking

To the USA: Air mail with tracking

International: Standard air mail

For shipments outside Canada, the customer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes and related charges (if applicable).

All CDs and cassettes ship in bubble-padded envelopes.

Timing Of Shipments

We aim to send out your order within 24-72 hours after you have placed it. You will receive an email as soon as your package goes out. However, due to COVID-19 it is often impossible to predict exactly when an order will arrive. We are all in this together, so please be patient as the mail works its way to you.

Your Shipping Address

Please ensure that when you place an order the shipping address that you provide is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders which you do not receive due to incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted during order placement.

Undeliverable orders which have been returned to us by the post office or courier will be resent to the amended shipping address that you provide. The cost of delivering such resent packages is the responsibility of the customer.

Items Damaged In The Mail

In the unlikely event that an item arrives to you in damaged condition, please take photos of the item and its packaging. Then, contact us either through our Bandcamp email link, or through the Contact form on our website. Contacting us about a damaged item must be done within 5 business days of receiving your order. After we review your email and photos, we will determine if it is necessary to ship a replacement item to you. This decision as to whether a replacement is required will be at our sole discretion.

Items Lost In The Mail

All of our items ship from Ontario, Canada. So, depending on where your shipping address is located, delivery times will vary. This is especially true due to COVID-19. As the pandemic continues, mail delivery can be extremely slow, especially to distant destinations. With this in mind, we ask that you please be patient in waiting for your order. Please also allow extra time before determining that your package may have been lost (it is probably still on its way, but delayed due to COVID-19 restrictions).

In the unlikely event that an item is lost in the mail, please contact us. In this instance, we will consult with Canada Post to get the problem solved. We will also keep in touch with you if we require any further info for the claim to be resolved with the mail service. Please note that an item will only be determined to be lost if it has not arrived within the service timeframe currently listed on Canada Post’s website.

Email Communications

By purchasing our items, you agree to receive emails from us regarding your order, and shipping notification emails from Canada Post or our courier service to advise you of your package’s delivery status and tracking number.

All of our correspondence with customers is done via email. So, kindly ensure that the email address you provide is correct, and is able to receive messages. We are not responsible for order confirmation emails or other correspondence which you do not receive due to incorrect or non-functioning email addresses submitted during order placement.

Please note that we do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Colour Accuracy

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of each of our items. But because every device screen displays colours differently, we cannot guarantee that your device’s representation of any colour will be completely accurate.
