MP3 Audio Quality + Compatibility
Our audio files are high quality 256kbps non-DRM MP3s (compatible with any MP3 player).
CD Shipping, Including Timing + Prices
CD orders are shipped in bubble-pack envelopes, via air mail from Toronto, Canada. Orders are shipped within 24 to 72 hours, Monday to Friday. You will receive an email when your order is sent.
Shipping prices are included in the CD prices.
Exchanges on CD Purchases
CDs may be exchanged within 30 days of our shipping date if the item was damaged when you received it, or if it is defective. In either case, we can exchange the item for the same title.
To make an exchange, please contact us using the subject "exchange request", and include the following info:
• your name
• order date
• the Invoice ID emailed to you by PayPal
• name of the item to be exchanged
• the reason for exchange
We will then email you a Return Authorization Number, along with instructions on how you can send the item(s) back to us. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of sending items back to us, including customs fees (if any).

We value your privacy, so we will never give out, or sell, your personal information to anyone. Period.
